I received my BS in Accountancy in 1973 from Northern Arizona University and devoted the next decade to working in cost accounting, financial planning, corporate sales and sales management.

In 1983 there came a time in my professional career when I was assigned the reponsibility of locating additional office space for my employer.

The assignment involved conducting market research, economic analysis and negotiating the most favorable terms and conditions possible. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to make commercial real estate my career.

In 1984 I joined the Phoenix office of a large regional commercial real estate brokerage firm and, in 1985, a medium-size developer asked me to join his firm to oversee the marketing of a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Since establishing CROSS Realty Advisors in 1988 I have personally represented hundreds of businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-up enterprises.

I also hold the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. CCIM designees are recognized as experts in commercial real estate and are held to the highest level of ethical and professional practice. Fewer than 5% of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the elite CCIM designation.
